Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and creative UI & Web Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing user interfaces for web applications, ensuring they are visually appealing, highly functional, and user-friendly. You will work closely with our design and development teams to bring digital concepts to life, focusing on creating seamless, responsive, and interactive web experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• UI/UX Design: Collaborate with designers to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web applications.
• Web Development: Develop, test, and deploy responsive websites and web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frameworks.
• Cross-Browser Compatibility: Ensure web applications are optimized for various browsers and devices.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize website performance, ensuring fast load times and smooth user experiences.
• Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that adheres to industry best practices.
• Collaboration: Work closely with back-end developers, designers, and project managers to deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Testing & Debugging: Perform thorough testing and debugging to ensure web applications function correctly across different environments.
• Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends, tools, and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in UI and web development.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Design Tools: Experience with design tools like Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch.
• Responsive Design: Strong understanding of responsive design principles and frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap).
• Version Control: Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Communication: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
